- This change improves the user interface of our bill payment system. We feel it is more intuitive, and you will be able to do more with fewer clicks. It includes a smarter design and improved functionality like the new one-click payment option. Now it's easier to manage multiple bills than ever before.
- What will it cost?
- Not a cent. This upgrade comes to you free with no additional fee.
- How do I get it?
- There are no enrollment or opt-in requirements. When we launch the new site, it will replace the current bill payer user interface automatically.
- Will I lose my current bills, or have to set them up again?
- No, all of your current bills will appear in the upgraded bill pay list just as they did before.
- When can I get it?
- We will launch this new and improved bill payer user interface by September 14th, 2009.
- Does it change the speed of bill payments?
- No. The upgrade does not affect the speed with which bills are sent, but we hope it will affect how fast you can complete the bill set up and scheduling process.
- Do I have to upgrade?
- Yes. It is effective for all bill payer customers.
